Material Library Loading Failed

The reason for this could be a problem connecting to the material library server. Please kindly follow the guides detailed here, and let me know in case that makes no difference.

I'm afraid this is currently a known issue with users located in Turkey - We're busy resolving this behavior as quickly as possible.

This issue will be resolved in our next release 3.4.2, which is currently scheduled to release next week Wednesday, October 19th.

Current workarounds would be to change the system language to something other than Turkish, or to roll back to our 3.3 version which you can find here.

I have the same problem with material library for a while now. Installing the last release 3.4.2. doesn't fix the issue. Also I am in Turkey. Can you help?

Please send us a feedback report including the log files so we can investigate this further.

I am having the same issue, it hasn't been resolved yet.

I've sent a feedback report, I hope it would be solved with the upcoming updates.
