Is the background of the leaves' texture white? If yes, it's a texture filtering issue and you can fix that by replacing the white background with an average of the leaves' color.
Jorgensen , have you already followed the guide of Clemens Musterle , in case the background of the leaves' texture is actually white?
Should the texture in fact not be white, then you can just upload the tree here and post the download link afterward. Thank you in advance!
The tree is made of faces with images attached, and looks ok on both sides.
I can't upload the model, as I don't remember if it's a paid model.
I have attached two images of the tree, one in sketchup and one in Enscape.

Try selecting the leaves texture and changing the "Type" in the Enscape materials dialogue to 'foliage' (rather than 'generic').
Might not make a difference, but should look a little bit prettier.
Hey Jorgensen , to make your tree not appear white in the distance, you can do the following:
1. Export the leaf texture as .png image file through SketchUp directly
2. Make a copy of that just saved leaf .png image file
3. Open that copy with an image editor (Paint.NET, Photoshop, etc.)
4. Now you'll see that the background of that leaf image is transparent = displayed as white in Enscape from a distance
5. Replace the transparency with an average green leaf color (already edited leaf image can be found attached to my reply)
6. Save the image as a .jpg file (we don't want to make use of any transparency information .png would provide for this file)
7. Open the "Enscape Materials" editor of Enscape, select the leaf texture via SketchUp
8. Go to the "Albedo" tab and import your leaf image with the now green background
9. Now, for the transparency (mask) go into the General tab, click the "+" symbol under "Transparency" and import the original saved .png leaf image from step one
Let me know if something is unclear to you.
I've also send you the project file in which everything is setup accordingly as well.
Jorgensen - this "thing" interests me too - can this tree be shared also for me somehow? I would like to follow Gadget´s and Demian Gutberlet´s instructions for some practice ...
