Everytime when I select a component and "save as external model for Enscape", SketchUp must crash.
Enscape version - 3.4.2+89611
SketchUp version 22.0.354 64bit
I also reported on feedback.

I join!
Same problem in version 3.4.
Tried all versions 3.4 that I have.
This problem does not exist in version 3.3.
Downloaded test version 3.5, the problem is present
Thank you for sending in a report Shaun , we'll have a look - If you haven't already Yana , please also be so kind as to submit a feedback report with your log files too, you don't have to re-install Enscape 3.4 though as we'll still receive the log files from that version anyway. Thanks again in advance!
Thanks for the report.
We have had another report regarding this, and it seems this may be related to the 'Double-Cut' extension.
Do you have this extension installed as well, and does disabling it in the Extension Manager in SketchUp, restarting SketchUp, and trying this again work for you?

Rick, hi!
I don't have 'Double-Cut'
I don't have 'Double-Cut'.
And follow the step from Hayley's email.
But the problem still exists and has not been solved.
Thank you for following up.
Do you have any other extensions installed, and could you try if disabling all besides the native SketchUp ones and Enscape resolves this?
If so, can you one by one re-enable them and let us know which extension causes this on your end?
Please also send me a feedback report including the log files and add a link to this thread and my name in the description for context.
I'll just barge in there.
We do have a fix that I would like you to try Yana Shaun.
This is a general issue that can be caused by different extensions and is not limited to Double-Cut.
Please use this custom installer and confirm whether it fixes the issue:

Julian , I would like to tell you about one more problem. I know a lot of people are complaining about this and everyone will be grateful if you fix it.
When I launch the Material Etitor window, the active material in SketchUp is not active in the Material Etitor window. I have to select it again with the eyedropper to make it show up in the Material Etitor

That is indeed a bug that appeared in 3.4, do you know of any other cases missing for syncing the material selection? I know I fixed one a while ago for importing materials.

I don't know if this is a bug. But in older versions it was different and more convenient.
When I changed the position of the "Image Fade" slider in the material settings, the overall color of the texture was determined in "Color". In this way I could dissolve the texture, make it less pronounced, while maintaining its main color.
Now "Color" is white.
If I didn’t explain clearly, I can record a video, just ask.
If you don't mind, I'll add a little more, sorry
When I created the animation
1. I start the animation preview and the viewing angle does not match the one that should be. I have a view sync.
2. If I go to the first keyframe and start the animation preview, then the viewing angle is normalized.
I made a video to show you what I mean.

I had the same crashing making external objects. That installer fixed the problem for me as well

I'm not sure what you mean. Which previous version was this? Before the Material Editor was overhauled? A video might help indeed.

Also not sure what's going here, this is not the my area of expertise. Maybe Demian Gutberlet knows more or you can create a ticket with support.

Also when you select a material from the enscape library it used to become the active material in skp. Now it does not do that and you have to hunt for it once it's in the model.

That is already fixed in the preview versions
