The licenses appear on the admin license dashboard but when people try to open enscape it says the key is not valid. It worked so far, but now it doesn't. People need to work!

Please kindly get in touch with licensing@enscape3d.com regarding any license problems you experience. You can simply share the information you've shared here, and ideally also let the licensing team know which e-mail address is tied to your license/account so that we can troubleshoot this as quickly as possible.

I've done that already twice, with no success! We have a presentation to finish and no one can use Enscape... Can you please try to hurry things along? No one has replied to my emails so far.

I've sent you a direct private message, there is an update I did not want to share openly.
We currently experience a delay in processing licensing requests due to high demand, someone will get back to you though as soon as possible. Unfortunately in this case the license had to be disabled due to non-payment. You will receive additional details and further steps through our licensing team.
Thank you. I see now it is showing license was expired where yesterday was not showing anything. I did add a new payment method and added few licenses to get us going for now but unfortunately that didn't work. I guess we will have to wait for someone to contact us
