Hi I have created a .exe file for my client.
After I send the file, I realized that they have a MAC OS.
How can I send him files to be used on MAC OS?
THanks.

EXE won't run in OSX. Upload web explorable file and send client link. Quality is less than EXE but the file is fully navigable in web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari).

As Phil mentions, .exe files won't run on a Mac machine but we are of course aware of the demand for a dedicated Mac standalone functionality in the future.
Meanwhile you can indeed make use of Web Standalones or even creating your own panorama tours/gallery.
Understood about the .exe stand alones,
Other question:
1) Does .exe stand alone, have a beeter quality for VR experience than using VR directly from sketchup/enscape?
or VR quality experience shoould be the same?
2) Is there an option to visualize Enscape Panorama rendering, with Quest 2 - WITHOUT using cable link?
meaning, beeing able to access the panoramas from a native quest 2 app?
I am just wondering what would be the easyest scenario to showcase a project to a client with oculus quest 2.
I think web stand alone does not work very well.
thanks again guys.
Sam.
EXE file is highest quality (same as using Enscape live). IME setting live rendering setting to High (not Ultra) creates more pleasing overall visual experience in VR.
I've not tried using Quest 2 to view pano files.
Hi, I am having a lot of trouble getting the WEB STANDALONE file for web view.
I click on the Icon, and a progress bar shows up.
After that, I can figure out where the file goes.
I have checked the "my uploads" but I cant find the files.
Any suggestions?
Enscape for Sketchup.
Thanks

In case you haven't already, make sure to also forward this issue to support@enscape3d.com as Forum support itself is currently limited. You'll hear from our technical support team very soon though this way, thank you in advance!
You also have the option of rendering panoramas and creating a tour to be viewed in VR. I highly recommend trying this with at least one panorama to compare the effect. I find it to be quick effective and there is no loss of quality due to lowered rendering settings of Web, or capabilities of the target device. The other major benefit of this approach is that is accessible by virtually any device including non tethered VR.
Hi all,
Appreciate that Enscape is not <insert VR headset>, but wondering if Enscape has produced some sort of document guide for setting up VR to work with Enscape?
Selfishly, our office just purchased a Quest 2, and am now looking to see what options are available for getting the user experience as easy as possible for everyone. Ideally, we would be looking to just take the VR headset to site, and then somehow either stream via a mobile app, or have 360 panoramic images loaded directly onto the headset, and then using QR codes on printed sheets spread around the building, so that the client can experience various vantage points.
We have successfully used this with the use of mobile phones, but now looking to advance this process further...
I'll obviously need to do a lot of testing beforehand, but to save time, thought I would ask here first. (and of course, I'm happy to share any findings / guides created here in case it is of use for others).
Thanks Phil. Had already read that blog but appreciated.
