Hello! I just received an email with my application for Education License. After downloading the software, I tried opening the app, and it said "EnscapeApplication" was damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash."
I followed the workaround guide for the macOS 13 Ventura (WORKAROUND: macOS 13 Ventura "“EnscapeApplication” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Bin.")
The pop-up message was resolved. However, the application won't open.
Help! Enscape in MacOS Ventura doesn't load.

I noticed from your animation above that you're trying to start a Enscape by clicking on the Enscape icon, which is not how you start Enscape.
Start Enscape from within the design application.

Unfortunately, that doesn't appear in the extension menu. In the extension manager, I get the message '!Failed to Install EnscapeApplication. app. Unable to handle app files'. Please, I really need your help with this I will be having my exams next week and Enscape is important for my work in design and visualization.

hanswarren , I'm afraid this is generally currently a known issue which may not always have a workaround - Please kindly also contact our support team itself through the support@enscape3d.com address. Make sure to roughly repeat what you've stated here, mainly that Enscape simply seems to not be installed into SketchUp properly. One of our Mac specialists will then get back to you accordingly soon with further steps to try troubleshooting this.
