    I am able to use Enscape normally but cannot open the Asset Library and Material Library. When I try to open it, the tab appears in my taskbar but it is blank. I made sure I had the latest version installed, reinstalled Enscape, downloaded the latest driver for my laptop, and tried rebooting with my proxy connection on/off. Anyone know a fix for this? I am using the Windows Sketchup version.

    I'm sorry to hear about this behavior of course - Can you right away send me a screenshot in which I can see this issue of the Asset/Material Library windows being blank? Or if the tab itself is blank instead, please also share a screenshot of that problem.


    Please on top also submit us a feedback report with your log files as these may very well help us with troubleshooting the exact cause behind this further.

    I am sorry to hear about that - Is there a chance you have installed Enscape on that machine prior but did not use it?


    In any case, please be so kind as to also share the machine fingerprint of yours with me which you can locate via the "About" button and then "Manage Licenses". Afterward I can gladly reset your trial time. Thank you in advance.

    Is your goal to fix the problem or to bother me? My question is pretty clear. what are you pushing?

    You did not ask a question with your last reply, but if you refer to the question of "Anyone know a fix for this?" then this is currently why I'm requesting a feedback report with log files as we may otherwise not be able to offer you with a solution to this issue. After submitting said report you will also hear back from our technical support team soon after they've analyzed everything.


    Pardon me if I did not make this clear enough before.


    Meanwhile, please last but not least also make sure that you're using our latest release or preview. (As this issue of yours should've been resolved in latter versions already.)

    To me it wasn't clear. You haven't given any specifics (Versions of sK and ENS at least). and it is always the first thing from a support team to ask for feedback..
    To me it looks like Your internet is dead slow..

    Error here can mean a lot of things of course when used by a user to detail any issues but I can at least assure you that there aren't any major problems currently going on regarding Enscape for SketchUp which we'd be aware of. (Or other CAD solutions thereof.) If you stumble upon anything, let us know as usual of course.
