Hi, I've gotten a trial which is not working. I've downloaded the trial enscape file and it is not autheticating when I try to run in on sketchup. I've had a previous trial through my school which has expired and the new one is not getting recognized through sketchup.

I've renewed your trial time so you should have another 14 days to use Enscape - Regarding a dedicated student license if you're a student please get in touch with educational@enscape3d.com. Or generally if you haven't yet, sign up for a EDU license here first thing.

There is no need to input any license key or the machine fingerprint itself which will not yield any results - The trial time should be renewed for another 14 days without you having to do anything further. Can you please try starting Enscape once more?

If so, then what happens exactly when you try starting Enscape? It simply doesn't start what so ever, or do you receive any error message in-between?
