Your license could not be activated, because you've exceeded the number of seats for your license. You can try to deactivate your license in the Licensing tab of the General Settings window on your other machine.

I have updated to the latest version of enscape, I have tried deactivating and reactivating the license, I have tried removing and re-entering the license key and I have tried restarting my computer, none of which have helped. This happened to me on Friday, and after emailing license support they reset the license and it began working again that same day. However, it is now Tuesday and the message has appeared again, and I have had no response to my most recent emails.


    Please can you help me resolve this so that it doesn't keep happening? Thanks in advance.

    I've just reset your license - Is there anything you did (like moving the license or such) before this issue occurred again? In any case, please try activating Enscape now to see if you're successful once more.

    Without you trying to move the license or similar there isn't really much you have to pay attention to - If this behavior occurs again, just let our licensing team and me know so that we can troubleshoot this further. I appreciate it, and let me know if anything else comes up.

Im try to remove and activated again but the result its same. im Already email to "enscape support" problem but there no response. Can you help me with this problem?

    You mentioned to me that you reset the seet count but today i tried activating them and it is still showing 20 out of 20 seats used.

    Why is this sucha a difficult process to get these seats reset .

    The license you've sent me only includes a single seat - Is there a chance you've a different volume license you can send me too for a reset?

    I only use only one computer so there's no way to deactivate by myself.
