Your license could not be activated, because you've exceeded the number of seats for your license. You can try to deactivate your license in the Licensing tab of the General Settings window on your other machine.

I've made an exception and just reset your student license - In the future, please kindly refer to education@chaos.com whenever you require any help with said EDU license.

I've just reset your license, thanks for the post Stefano and please try activating Enscape again now.
Also so you are aware that this is an option next to posting in the Forum:
For inquiries about other subjects (new orders, billing, license issues, general questions), you can create a support ticket through the Help Center. Simply click the "Submit a request" link at the top of the page. Log in with your existing Enscape account, or if you don't have one yet, you'll be prompted to create one.
Usually this way you may often get a response back even quicker compared to here, just FYI in case you need a reset ASAP.
