Please also submit us a feedback report as mentioned by my colleague above, as detailed here:
https://learn.enscape3d.com/bl…back-button-win-sketchup/
This behavior could occur due to different reasons and the corresponding log files and machine information / crash dumps will allow us to troubleshoot this further.

Was sometimes happening.. before upgrading the PC.. Don't know what was the issue exactly but it seemed kind of random. Sometimes restarting PC was helping.. Working with only sKetchup and ENS turned on.. Without 2 different brawsers, autocad, PhotoShop, Word warking simultaneously, generally seemed better.

Hi, So I am experiencing the same.
I have had it with Spots, and Spheres. I can go to different versions of the model and seems fine... then for no apparent reason it just cashes when adding a light source.
No error report as it just manifests as a Bug Splat from SKP. totally stalling me on a project right now!!

Right away, can you please ensure that your Windows based system meets our requirements in the first place:
https://learn.enscape3d.com/bl…base/system-requirements/
Because just judging by the info you've sent, I cannot see any GPU (graphics card) being utilized, which Enscape relies on. If you do have a dedicated card built into your machine that supports Enscape though, then you can also submit a feedback report manually please:
https://learn.enscape3d.com/bl…back-button-win-sketchup/
After checking your log files and machine info we'll then get back to you accordingly.

Have you already submitted said report? I cannot find anything under the e-mail you're using to log into this forum so if you haven't sent one in, please do so kindly.

I'm now having issues as well. Never did before, but now whenever I try to add or edit a light source, it becomes unresponsive. Even checking for updates for Enscape (which says I'm up-to-date) causes freezing and "Not Responding". I haven't used Enscape for a number of months and I'm suspecting an update is causing these new issues? My model is purged, relatively small, and I've copy/pasted into a different SketchUp file to rule out any corruption.

As mentioned in this thread, please make sure to also submit a feedback report with logs. This way we can ideally either let you know directly what this is caused by, or file an issue accordingly to forward to our developers. Please gladly let me know once you've submitted said report so that I can have a look as well myself.
Last but not least the report above also forwards your machine information, so thank you in advance for your cooperation.
