Error message when trying to download Ensacpe Assets

    Hey Guys,


    I am trying to download the assets like I normally do with the new ones that have been added to the library. Each time I try to do it I get an error message (attached). Any idea what's happening, nothing

    wrong with my internet, and I have the correct permission, so I can't figure out what I can do?

    Right away, could you please try reinstalling Enscape, and just to make double sure also for all users on that machine as detailed here.


    Otherwise if that doesn't do the trick, kindly also submit a feedback report for me as detailed here - This way I can also check out the log files especially to further troubleshoot this.
