If you're using SketchUp then the warehouse is a good resource.
Ford Mustangs: https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.c…&sortBy=popularity%20DESC
Chevy Corvettes: https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.c…&sortBy=popularity%20DESC
Cadillacs: https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.c…&sortBy=popularity%20DESC
Renaults: https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.c…&sortBy=popularity%20DESC
And absolutely no shortage of VW's and Merc's
Download a couple of promising candidates, check their build quality (they're from the 3DW so could be complete poop), do some cleaning up, replace some of the materials with better ones and off you go.
Here's some test render of a couple of recent ones I did for our library.

Here's some EV ones I did recently

Paul Russam I have found some really good modern car models on the warehouse, so I completely support your tip. The issue I run into is A) the amount of older (pre 2000) cars are limited and B) I model in more than just Sketchup and sadly warehouse cars do not look as good in Rhino or Revit without major reconstruction.

Tearch Good point, I often forget the world doesn't revolve around SU
I've changed the opening line of my post to be specific to SU.
The problem with older cars is that they were designed by hand and its very rare that there are 3D models of them unless a very dedicated user spent some time modelling them by hand ... in which case they're going to want to charge for them.
HUM3D has a good selection of stuff, here's their 70's stuff: https://hum3d.com/3d-models/vehicles/1970-1979/
Smoley and The Bandit Kit:

thamk you, but... whats the point in BUYING these models?!?

Tearch asked for 1960's/1970's cars and then you asked for European brands also like Renault etc.
Hear's a 1970's Renault: https://hum3d.com/3d-models/renault-5-5-door-1972/
Do you think Enscape get the models in the Enscape library for free? Do you think they make them themselves? or do you think they have to pay a large royalty to be able to include them in their 'free' library?
Whilst I believe they make some models themselves I would happily bet quite a sum of money that a reasonable percentage of our subscription goes directly to the original model libraries from which they came as royalty payments.
It's all well and good asking for a model of this and a model of that to be included in the 'free' library but I certainly would be pissed if my subscription went up because 20 models of 1970 Euro and US cars are now available in the 'free' library.
We've bought a number of cars from Hum3D such as a LandRover Defender and a RangeRover Velar because a client asked for them for a project and at the time they were unavailable anywhere else, they paid for them and now we get to use them on lots of projects.
