Everything was fine last week, and this week all of my assets are missing/or broken! What is going on?!
All of my custom assets are fine, but anything that's Enscape related is totally gone.
Tested on the latest Stable build and latest preview in SketchUp 2019 and 2020 on Windows 10.

We got it solved, and my Wednesday presentation is saved! Helen on the support team gave me a great trick to help force-download the library (somehow the assets and materials library didn't get fully downloaded). So we re-downloaded "the assets by deleting the folder %temp%\Enscape\Assets and restarting Enscape? You can also find the folder via this path: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\Enscape\Assets\"

Some additional examples of the behavior I'm seeing. Tested in multiple scenes with many assets just not rendering and even more rendering incorrectly.

Do You mean deleting entire folder or actually only what is in it?

The whole folder. It auto re-downloads the missing folders when Enscape can’t find it.

The downside to submitting directly to support as opposed to asking on forums is that others don’t get to learn what to watch out for.
It should be a standard practice that Enscape support document solutions to issues like these and post them here on the forum.
A topic of “Issues and Workarounds” would be a concise way of sharing that information.

I've just had similar issues whilst changing assets to the new variants.
I thought switching it to 'online' would do the trick, but it didn't reset the library.
Had to delete the folder as it was instructed here.
Then it solved my problem.
