I reset my computer and forgot to remove my educacional license key. I send an e-mail to the support adress 3 days ago. Does anyone know how long they take to answer?

For school projects I use enscape to render my buildings and etc. But after my laptop was broken and when they fixed it I couldn't activate the license because I'm logged in on another device but that's not the case. Please try activating Enscape again now as I've reset your license - Please of course also make sure to read all about our new EDU program here as well.

It's reset! I only saw a single seat was used up, so perhaps one of my colleagues already reset it prior. In any case, if any further questions come up let me know!

I'm sorry to hear about that - Right away, is that 100% the e-mail used to acquire the license/subscription, as I cannot find any matches in our system?
