Does Enscape work with SketchUp 2023?
A bit later today we'll release an update to also support SketchUp 2023. Should just be around 3 more hours of waiting.

SketchUp 2023 on Enscape for Mac will also be supported with the next upcoming Mac version update. But at the moment, it is not I'm afraid.

Heads up, I have reported an issue/ticket with SU2023 and the latest Enscape release not rendering one of my larger projects. Causes a bug splat when loading after 99%. Tested the model in SU2022 and same issue. Reverted back to a preview release build and it's working again, in SU2022. Guess I'm staying away from 2023 for a bit.

This happened to me too
and I also went back to Skup 2022 and it happened again in 2022 too
so, what I figured out is that I had saved the file while in Skup 2023, so when I got the backup file that was still in 2022 version, the problem was gone

Please kindly make sure to submit a report with logs too if you haven't yet - The more we have the better we can troubleshoot the cause behind this.

Yes, at the moment I'm using the latest stable version - 3.4.4 - with Sketchup 2022. No issues.

Tested the latest Enscape release in SketchUp 2022 and it didn't work either. Sticking to SU2022 and Enscape 3.5.0-preview.13+98457
which works fine. Hangs a bit on final load but does indeed load up instead of crashing everything.

With our next upcoming Enscape for Mac release - At least currently though I do not have an exact date yet, but we'll notify the Forum community with a dedicated announcement of course.

At the moment I am flitting back and forth to be able to use Enscape between Sketchup Pro 22 and 23, I know that like Sketchup you may not be able to share your roadmap but I would like to become more heavily invested in Enscape and it would be good to know when it will be on a parity with the windows version. If you don't have an exact date could you give us a vague timeline so we can plan our workflows

Hi danbett - I'd love to provide further information or even a timeline regarding when we'll reach feature parity, but I can really only tell that it's currently one of our main priorities. SketchUp 2023 support will be added with our next release as mentioned, which is still a few months ahead. You will also be notified via e-mail once that will be the case.
