I currently have the same issue. I'm having issues activating my account. It says it's activated until April 12, 2024. It says that another computer is using the license key, but I already logged out of the only computer that could have it. Is there any way you could please help me logging out of any other account? Thank you.

Your license key should also be reset now - Check out our new EDU program as well when you have the chance!

Hi, i'm having the exact same issue and my license expires on december and i recently had my laptop reset too and now it says that I have exceeded the number of seats. Is there anything i can do??

The license has just been reset, you can try activating Enscape again now please.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem too with my license, I had to reset my laptop and install all the programs again, but when I put my license key back, it says that I have exceded the number of seats. I have time available with that license yet. Can you help me please?

It seems that your license has already been reset accordingly and you should be able to activate Enscape again - If you still experience any problems with your student license, please contact education@chaos.com for further support.
