I'll send you your license key once again to the edu e-mail you've also used to sign up to this Forum. The activation has also been reset so please try activating Enscape once more - In the future make sure to also get in touch with us via education@chaos.com as long as you're using an educational license.

We usually do not process EDU license inquiries via the Forum, so in the future please kindly get in touch with our EDU department via education@chaos.com. For now I have reset your license though so you should also be able to activate Enscape once more.
