it's impossible to get support from here, I've been trying to activate my enscape license for 2 days, there's no email address I haven't written, damien never answers, the email address he gave me is invalid.i guess the only thing to do is never to suggest enscape and throw it in the trash forever
yes, but he wants the license key too, it's not active if I log in to my account.

I have re-sent the key via the EDU e-mail of yours again. Let me know in case you do not receive it.

As per the other thread, your license has been reset.
Hi can u help me reset my enscape educational license, because I recently reformat my laptop and I haven't deactivate my license there,

Hi Demian, my hd was broken and i left my pc to a reset but the Enscape License don't work anymore, they said "fixed seat exceeded" can you help me pls?
I forgot to mention that I no longer have the key number, as I can't find it in the email and I no longer have access to the files on the old computer where I had saved the key. Thanks if you can email me, I'm trying to contact support too

We usually do not process EDU license inquiries via the Forum, so in the future please kindly get in touch with our EDU department via education@chaos.com. For now I have reset your license though so you should also be able to activate Enscape once more.
Hi, I have been facing the same issue, had to reinstall Enscape. Now I'm not able to activate the license. Same e-mail id was used to receive the license. My license was supposed to be active a year more. Old enscape support is not working, had to create these Enscape accounts now. Please help me out.
