Continual License Issues

    Just wondering if anyone else continually has issues with their license saying that they have "exceeded the number of seats" used. I have paid for a full license and have only ever used Enscape on one computer and this keeps happening, often multiple times per week. I have had my license "reset" countless times by Enscape staff after sending emails but this sometimes takes a full day to happen and this seriously impacts my business.


    So far no one has given me any responses as to how to avoid this happening in future.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is seriously frustrating and may mean that I have to change to different software.
