License deactivated

  • I have message saying my license is deactivated because I've exceeded the number of seats. I have 2 seats fixed license & using each on my two computers only. I already sent through Enscape Support & get an automated response where to send my request. 'Sending via the feedback button, I end up on the same automated response.

    Please help reset the license.

    It looks like the activations for your license have already been reset, so please try using your key once more - I reckon you've heard back from licensing by now too via e-mail? Can you please also share the automated response you receive when you've submitted your request via the feedback button?
