None of the materials and the wall are rendering

    I have been running Enscape in my free version(for student) of Sketchup for a while and getting great results. Besides I have SketchUp pro 2022 installed which I would only use occasionally for importing CAD etc. because Enscape had not been available for that version.

    I just recently installed the latest version and none of the materials are rendering.

    I am running Windows 11 pro , device name is DESKTOP-DUNL4AI desktop machine with an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz processor, ıt has the 16,0 GB of RAM

    Welcome to our Forum.


    Right away, if you may not have a dedicated GPU / graphics card installed inside of your desktop machine alongside the Intel CPU and its on-board graphics, then I'm afraid Enscape will not be supported (anymore, it can sometimes work under specific circumstances, but it's mostly a hit or miss).

    And if you ever require any more specific recommendations let me know.


    Should your system include a graphics card and it's supported though let me know too and we'll look into this further.

    I'm using the student version and I want to move it to another computer. I enter my license key, but it doesn't log in, how can I log out of my old computer
