Enscape License Problem

    I've inserted the License Key on Enscape, i allways get the same message "Your license is applied, but could not be activated, because you've exceeded the number of seats for your license. You can try to deactivate your licence using the Manage Licenses button in the About window on your other machine" but how can i deactivate in other machine if i only have one machine..? I don't have any other computer, so t's impossible to have inserted the key on other machine. Its for this email

    I uninstalled SketchUp and Enscape from my old computer and didn't know I would need to uninstall the license to use on another computer first. On my new computer I am not able to enter the license that is provided by the site, it appears as disabled within the program when I try to add the license.

    No worries, I have just reset the activation for your license so you should now be able to activate Enscape again as usual too.
