Starting Enscape

    I had an older version of Enscape, where I used the student license like 4 years ago, and now I'm trying to get back at it and I downloaded the free trial.


    Once I start Enscape, it shows me that I have 14 days left, but when I click on "continue evaluation" nothing happens and Enscape doesn't open. How can I fix it?

    Thanks for your inquiry.


    After clicking the "continue evaluation" button you will still have to open Enscape manually afterward via the context menu / toolbar menu as usual. If you have done exactly that and Enscape does simply not seem to start at all, make sure to also submit us a feedback report including logs which should help us with investigating the cause behind this.


    Meanwhile, if you've upgraded from a previous version to 3.5 for example, then also make sure that your graphics card drivers are up to date, and that your machine is also still supported by our requirements. Especially in case you haven't done any Enscape updates during those years.


    If you're not sure whether or not your system meets our requirements, then the feedback report will also suffice as well for us to look into and let you know more. :)

    Thank you for your reply! I believe my machine supports the requirements, but I'll do the feedback report as Enscape isn't responding. The loading bar disappears on the 5% after I click on the "continue evaluation" and nothing happens. They will get back to me with a solution?

    I have a same problem. My enscape render window is not showing up, when i click start enscape it shows my free trial and then after clicking continue evaluation , it starts on 5 % and the enscape window just disappears. please provide solution for this.

    When in trial version, is it safe to upgrade to a newer version of Enscape, as it suggests, or will the trial than be over?

    The trial time should not reset updating to a newer version - If for some reason it would, feel free to also request another trial renewal as detailed here. :)

    When do the 14 days start running? As of the moment it has been requested, or the moment that Enscape is installed? Thanks in advance

    Your 14 days of trial time begin once Enscape has been installed on your machine for the first time. :)
