When starting Enscape, the sketchup model image does not appear complete, it appears with flaws, and when it appears, it appears very dark and incomplete and then disappears again.
Sketchup model doesn't appear in the enscape.

If your machine does support Enscape, then kindly ensure that your graphics card drivers are also up to date, especially in case you haven't updated them in a while.

Hi, I'm having a similar issue but am using a Mac. I tried the link you provided but I only saw details for Windows I believe. When I open Enscape alongside my SketchUp, my enscape screen is all pixelated - purple & blue. I tried opening it while working on a model, then thinking the model was the problem, I tried opening a new file & I still get a pixelated unrealistic view. I'm working in SketchUp Pro 2022.
Any recommendations on how to correct this?
