Hi guys. I was trying to create custom assets but everytime after I click Import Geometry, it will show the materials briefly but no preview is shown and then it returns back to the Custom Assets page. This happens everytime. What could be wrong?

I have also submitted a feedback report with logs more than a week ago but I didn't get any reply.
I'm sorry to hear you haven't heard back from us yet, usually it should only take one or two days tops until you get a reply currently when it comes to technical issues.
Is there a chance you've used a different e-mail besides the one you use to log into this forum, as I cannot see any feedback reports from that address yet. Could you share that e-mail with me please used in the submission form so that I can check your feedback report as well? (Via a direct message for confidentially ideally)
