Hello, can you help me? I'm trying to add a custom Enscape object library. They created an export for me and moved this folder to my computer, specified the path, add it to the file, but it is not displayed in Enscape. The object is more than 20,000 polygons and was created in the new version of Enscape, and I have 3.0, the video card is weaker.

vasya.design , thanks for your report - Can you let me know if that machine on which you try to display the asset meets our system requirements which you can find here? If so, can you also share which video card / graphics card you're currently using?
Further, please try upgrading to Enscape 3.5.1 if your machine allows it, we require at least 4GB of VRAM (video card memory) starting with Enscape 3.1 onward. Doing so may already resolve this problem at hand as well.
