How to get a refund 1-year subscription payment?

    As you know, we recently had several discussions about using Enscape at our company,

    based on the replies of Escape representatives asking about graphics specifications and other alternatives.

    Unfortunately, all laptops used by our company are not compatible with Enscape,

    so we would like to cancel the Enscape subscription.

    I want to cancel 1-year subscription payment this year, and trying to get a refund,

    but could you tell me how to do get a refund.

    (It's also a pity that we can't use Enscape due to unmet laptop specifications..)
