Hi All,
I'm having trouble loading a model in the latest version of enscape 2.4? Anyone else having difficulties?
It's quite heavy but there was no issue with the last version.

It opens in the previous version still.

Please also add your forum name and/or some other reference (like "trouble loading a model") so that I can connect the tickets to this thread. same at rhino.
i tried also in sketchup and after loading a cube to renderize, suddently enscape crashes.
this 2.4 has a lot of bugs?or is depending of video cards drivers? or something like this?
anyway:

Same issue with SketchUp users in our practice. We submitted a feedback and log to you Monday or Tuesday along with one of our files to help you reproduce the problem.

It was submission was done through simon.dodd@gauntfrancis.co.uk. Anyone who submits feedback should have me as the correspondence email.
As an additional issue we have come across, I have attached two images of the same scene. One on previous build (Enscape_V1) and one on the current (dated today) and the trees are behaving strangely. We have seen this at random on a few machines now. In this instance, the person who did the renders for me has an identical machine to his colleague next to him, all up to date with drivers and patches etc. so can't isolate the cause. Even tried a reinstall of GPU drivers and Enscape with no joy.

Fixed in 2.4.0.417 - Sketchup models should finish loading now
