I paid for a floating license for Enscape 2 days ago. Received an invoice right after and was able to see the invoice within the enscape website as well. I'm not really sure what the next step is but I am assuming that I should've received an email containing the license key? I haven't received anything on the email account except for the invoice from enscape.

We're sorry about the confusion, in this particular case it seems like our licensing server did not create a license key to send out alongside, so our apologies for that as this isn't anything which occurs frequently either of course.
Since you've already contacted our licensing team via the help center, there's nothing else you'll have to do besides to wait for a response from them rather soon which will deliver you the license key alongside, or via a separate e-mail.
If there is anything else I can assist you with in the meantime please let me know too.
