Hey Lemarchal , in this case, could you please send us some feedback via the Feedback button present in your SketchUp context menu/toolbar? That would be very helpful in finding the cause behind this issue.

Lemarchal , this might've been due to an issue which has been occurring in Enscape 2.3, in this case, could you please update to Enscape 2.4 to see if this would resolve both of these problems? Just click the "About" button in your Enscape ribbon/context menu and then "Visit download area". Here you can just click "Download" to acquire our latest installer, which will update Enscape 2.3 to 2.4. Thanks a lot in advance!
