That's awesome. I did a similar concept with a plywood endgrain texture (for schematic massing), but I like your outcome better.
It would be so much easier if there was a global single-material override in Enscape, like 'white mode' but a specific material. -

isn´t it strange and funny at the same time guys that we use 100% digital to achieve again a so analog "real" and somehow handmade look
Your wood thing could be a wonderful addition to Enscape´s Paper- and Poystyrol mode ...
To remain stringent in the presentation methodology, I would use less realistic "addits" for this cool kind of visu (see example trees below) or only silhouette people etc... what do you think? -
