  • Hi,

I've been trying to install Enscape 2.0.1.72 for a few days now and it doesn't seem to recognise my ArchiCAD application (any of them). See attachment below.

I've downloaded the latest installer from https://enscape3d.com/downloads/

    I'm on a MacBook Pro 16" M1 Pro

    Monterey 12.7.1

I have multiple versions of ArchiCAD (INT 26 Intel, INT 26 Apple Silicon and FRA 26 Apple Silicon). All versions have been updated to the latest (5002 for intel and 5003 for Apple Silicon)

The installer recognised the SketchUp version that I have even though I have two of them (SketchUp 19 and 22) but can't recognise ArchiCAD

Also. The installer is super slow. What I mean is that it takes a lot of time (1-2 minutes) to get from one step to the next

Is there something that I'm missing ?

  • Hi there!

I have a problem related to this with an almost identical setup.
Archicad is recognised but after a (slow) complete installation process there is nothing related to Enscape available from Archicad.
No plugins, no menus, nothing (the same for both AC26 and 27).
    Sketchup works.

MacBook Pro, M2 Max, macOS Sonoma 14.2.

Contacted support days ago but no response yet.
