I've been having an issue with one of my projects not being able to render out in Enscape in "Appearances" mode. When I set it to "Graphics" mode, the model loads perfectly fine! It's only when it's set to "Appearances" that it freezes and automatically closes out Enscape and Revit.
I'm currently using the most up-to-date version of Revit2024 and Enscape, and my NVIDIA Quadro P6000 graphics card is at the most current version. I've attempted to change the graphics card settings in case it was a GPU issue (it isn't), I've tried multiple different export settings and views. Appearances works fine with any other projects I have, so it makes me think it has something to do with the materials. However, I don't see any visual errors indicating issues with them.
I've sent multiple log files to Enscape support, but nothing has come from it and I haven't gotten a response from the agent in over a month. I'd really like to get this working soon, as I've been troubleshooting for over two months now.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
