Is it possible to use the Mac version 1.1.17 even after renewing the subscription?

    Hi team,

    one of our customers needs to renew their subscription. She has an old Mac with Intel I7 Amd Radeon Pro 575 with 4 GB Ram. She had updated Enscape to version 2 a while ago, which didn't work. She still had the 1.1.17 setup which she installed and is now working without any problems. She asks us if after the renewal she will be able to continue using 1.1.17. Will the serial number remain the same? Should she just return it and redo the activation? I therefore await your response.

    Is it possible to obtain the links to the old versione of Enscape for Mac, as it is for Windows?

    Hi greg , thanks for your inquiry!


    Your customer should be able to simply continue to work with the existing license (which will remain the same) alongside the renewal itself, without having to re-activate Enscape again or such with a different key.


    Furthermore we do not officially offer previous versions of Enscape for Mac prior to 2.0, but if you require a previous installer let me know and I can provide one, with the added warning that we cannot offer any official support anymore in case something does not work as intended.
