Black clouds in Rendering from Revit in Enscape v2.4

I have a user that is getting the following image when rendering from Revit.

Enscape v2.4.x

Revit 2019

They got around the issue by doing this:

"i found a way around it as well if need be for today! if i select "render image (for document)" then print that image to pdf, it still maintains it's high quality rendering."

I also had them test on a different PC with v2.3.3 and they didn't have the issue.

I also asked for them to submit feedback. Keep an eye out for feedback from Anita if that helps...

thanks a lot for your report! In fact we've had a small number of other users report the same issue and are currently working on a solution. We plan to include it in an upcoming hotfix for Enscape v2.4.

Also having this issue. It renders perfect the first time after a fresh Enscape restart, but subsequent renders all have the black clouds. I'm rendering via the capture hotkey.

I'm afraid to report we are still having the same problem. Graphics drivers all up to date and latest version of Enscape.

Same problem with latest V2.4

Same black spots in videos, even with different compression quality settings

Turn off lens flare...see it that helps. I've had the same issue when using lens flare so I don't use it.

rypat , Masterdoddy , Bubbatruck and vjaramillo , have you all installed our latest (hotfix) release Enscape 2.4.1? If so, and this issue is still persisting, please send us some feedback through the dedicated Feedback button in your Enscape ribbon/context menu and please add your forum name in the submission form so that we can easily connect the reports to this thread.
