    Whenever you experience any problems with Enscape ideally also submit a feedback report including log files alongside:

    In the feedbacks submission form before hitting the "Submit" button you can simply copy-paste what you've shared here already. A link to this thread instead also suffices of course in terms of context.


    This behavior may likely boil down to your graphics cards video memory (limitations thereof), but we may be able to tell more based on the log files and machine information itself which we will receive alongside. Meanwhile you can also make sure that your graphics card drivers and Enscape is both fully up to date, and perhaps try another HDRI that is on the smaller side in terms of resolution or file size to see if that makes any difference.
