Unable to assign floating licenses to users

    We have a floating license assignment issue for registered and active users in the admin interface.

    Users receive the invitation email and are able to create their accounts on enscape.

    When the user logs in to enscape from Skechup with the account registered in the admin interface, he does not receive a license.


    If the user enters the license manually and is no longer active in the administration interface, enscape remains active with the manually entered license


    How do I ensure that registered and active users in the admin interface receive a floating license when they log in with their accounts ?
