    I am a college student. I've recently mistakenly, purchased a Fixed Licensed-Yearly with the cost of $628.05 on Feb 29, 2024.


    As a college student, I wanted to purchase the Fixed Licensed Student package for $12.42/month ($149 yearly), not the one for $628.05 yearly.

    I would greatly appreciate an approval for my refund ASAP due to $628.05 is a very big sum for a college student. I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience this has cost.


    Please let me know ways to contact someone who is able to make refund possible.

    I've submitted a refund request almost 2 days ago, but haven't received a feedback from them. I'm really hoping for their prompt response since they only offer 14-day refund policy, and I'm scared my concern won't be resolved with the given timeframe.
