key activation problem in a new device

    I recently changed my computer (pc to mac) but I cannot connect to the enscape extension from sketchup

    I can't put my user key in, although I disconnected from my old PC,

    I have an error message telling me that it is impossible to contact the licensing department

    I've reset the activation for your license, so can you please try activating Enscape once more now?


    If you're unsuccessful, kindly share a screenshot of the error message you receive, and ideally also submit a feedback report right away as detailed here so that our support team can look into this further with the help of corresponding log files / machine information submitted alongside.
