Option to set the quality in VR

I like to have the option to set the quality from within the VR menu.

Hey GWD , I'll gladly file this as a feature request. Could you let me know your use-case for this beforehand?

It's easier to change this setting from within VR than going back to the computer. This way you can also better see the differences between the settings.
