Enscape says my license expired, but my trial hasn't even started

  • Hi I just managed to download enscape for the first time through the free trial, however it says my license has expired, despite only having downloaded it today. Appreciate any help I can get :)

    In that regard I reckon you might've installed Enscape prior on that machine in the past? That would explain the trial time being expired already, but in any case this isn't a problem and you can just request a further 14 days to test Enscape via our support team as detailed here. We currently do not process trial renewals via the Forum anymore I'm afraid, but our support team will be happy to assist.
