    At this point the following information was sent out via e-mail which you might have already reviewed accordingly.

    This thread acts as a reminder and generally to ensure everyone who did not read/receive the announcement e-mail yet for whatever reason is made aware.

    Hi there,

    It has been more than two years since Enscape and Chaos merged to create a global leader in 3D visualization and design workflow technology. Throughout this period, we have been focused on continuously developing and strengthening our product portfolio to create a comprehensive end-to-end visualization ecosystem that meets the evolving needs of our customers.

    As a natural next step, we are unifying the sign-in and licensing experience for all our products. Our Enscape product will start using our Chaos licensing system with the upcoming Enscape 4.1 release in Q3 2024.

    The changes are designed to enhance your customer experience:

    Signing In


    • Enscape will be available for purchase at or via your preferred reseller.
    • When purchasing new subscriptions, you will no longer receive license keys by email.


    Installation and Activation

    • Product activation will be done through sign-in, and license keys will no longer be needed for product activation.
    • Activation of older versions of Enscape will remain accessible either through a license key or by using username credentials.
    • Existing license keys will still be available and functional on existing Enscape installations connected to previous versions of the software.
    • All important information and details regarding the Chaos license server setup and installation can be found here.

    Help Center Unification

    • All support resources will be combined into a single domain accessible to all Chaos customers - Chaos Help Center.
    • You can search by keyword, product, or topic, and access other helpful resources (e.g. Training Videos & Tutorials, Knowledge Base etc.).
    • In addition to the self-service options, you can also contact our Customer Support team or your preferred reseller.

    Manage Everything via MyChaos

    All Enscape users will be redirected from to as the single portal for subscription management, license management, billing, and invoicing of all Chaos products.
