A funny thing is happening, Enscape seems to have a problem with jpg image textures, see these two images.
This one has a jpg material on middle building and it's just a mess.
This one has a png material (converted the jpg to png)
Is this a bug?

Hi Solo - I'm a little slow on the uptake 
- of course I see the differences but what exactly is the nature of your observation? At which point in your model did you insert the above provided JPG in which way because I can´t see it in or on your model?
Enscape certainly does work with jpg textures. This looks like a texture scaling issue on the first screenshot, shouldn't be related to the file format. If you can reproduce the issue please provide our support with a project file so we can have a look at it. Thanks!
