Is it possible to use box mapping in rhino with enscape in order to give materials real dimensions? Currently it looks like enscape ignores WCS and WCS Box mapping and references the default mapping channel. Using enscape version 2.4.1.42 with Rhino 6.

Lewis Williams Hi Lewis, WCS (box) mapping is not supported so far. But the topic got your upvote.

This would also shorten our Enscape workflow for the "Quick and Dirty" renders we do directly from our VisualARQ models.

I'm in the development stages of transitioning a large construction company with hundreds of users to Rhino with VisualARQ not having box mapping is a deal-breaker. Is there a timeframe for implementation of this. Without it Enscape is virtually useless as a rendering plugin for their workflow.

+1 for support of world space UVs! Thank you!

+1 very important for architectural renderings for fast workflow, especially since we do not have a default rhino box mapping for new created objects.

Yes please! Enscape and Rhino both amazing softwares. With the rendering quality from Enscape and the usefull tools for texture mapping from Rhino, it would be an amazing duo we would want to see.
Hope this come shortly!

We're very aware of the demand for this implementation and the discussion is still ongoing - no exact release date yet, but in case I have any further news soon I'll let you know.
