Hi,
I seem to have lost the About panel. Its also not in the Enscape menu where I think it used to be. Any idea where I can find it?

Had to go to Toolbar settings and add the Enscape toolbar. I could then select About from the Enscape toolbar. Maybe just add an about link to the Enscape Menu.
Hey General Hadeda , thanks a lot for your inquiry and welcome to our forum!
By default, the Enscape menu should look like this:
I had a case before in which the corresponding user adjusted the Enscape menu via ArchiCAD by accident, maybe this is what happened?
To resolve this, you can just head over into your "Work Environment" -> "Command Layout Schemes" -> "Menus" -> And then select "Enscape" both in the left and right list, this way you can simply add the About button to our menu again (>> Add selected >>).
Hope this helps! Let me know if something is unclear to you or in case you have any further questions in general.
Hi, Still don't see it. Maybe I'm doing something wrong
Hey General Hadeda , in this case, could you please briefly reinstall Enscape? Doing this should also reset the Enscape menu. Let me know if reinstalling Enscape doesn't resolve this behavior.
Hi Demian Gutberlet, I'm having the same issue as General Hadeda
I reinstalled Enscape but I'm still missing the About button.
Thanks
Hey Jenifer Rodrigues , in this case, please be so kind as to reset the current menu scheme:
We'll look into why the about button is sometimes missing in the menu, thanks a lot for the feedback.
Please also let me know in case resetting the menu scheme does not help!

Hi, nope didn't work. Still no About menu item.
Hey General Hadeda , could you also please reset the corresponding current menu scheme as described in my previous post above? Doing this should add the About menu item.

Hi,
I got it to work, however, I did not change the menu structure accidentally. Enscape must be doing this by itself as also mentioned in this post: Camera path?
General Hadeda , that is correct, we'll troubleshoot this to find out what may be causing this. Happy to hear your menu is now complete.

Issues with the "Show Safe Frame" tic box from the settings | capture dialogue...
- {BUG} if the check box is ticked before [Start Enscape] is clicked then the output is re-sized to the "print preview" size rather than full-screen (title bar fills the screen, rendered image is reduced). No "esc button" message: the only way to restore it is to click [render image] and then use the button/message.
- there is no change to the Enscape window when it is ticked/activated; it would be nice to bleach or shade out the out-of-frame edges (and keep them this way while ticked.)
- if it maintains the "Preview" function, then I would recommend re-naming the check box to "Render Preview Mode" or similar and having a "print" message/button beside the "esc button" message/button. {*}
{* Being picky... I don't think "show" is the correct term to use when you are actually "hiding" the edges. And "safe" seems to suggest that anything outwith the area shown is "unsafe": perhaps "save" would be better? And a "frame" would tend to go around the whole image, not just two edges - I would probably 'pad' the edges by a few pixels to actually make it a frame.}
