Video playback not working in Enscape 2.4

I have been exporting video's fine and playing back with the VLC Player. But the new version of enscape creates videos that won't playback, they are all jagged lines. did something change to make these not play back anymore?

Is the video running in another player?
Is VLC up to date?
Which Graphics card do you use?
- Is the driver the latest one?
Which exact Enscape version do you use?
- Have you tried to update to our latest release version?
Which host application do you use and which version? (Revit, Rhino or SketchUp)
