I sent the Enscape file to my structural engineer to have him look at the building we are working on. His text (please excuse his use of caps)
THANKS.
THIS DOES NOT RUN ON WINDOWS XP. TRIED IT ON COMPUTER RUNNING WINDOWS 7, GOT ERROR MESSAGE THAT NVIDIA GRAPHICS CARD WAS NOT SUPPORTED.
LOOKS LIKE EVERYTHING ON HARDWARE/ SOFTWARE MUST BE VERY CURRENT TO GET THIS TO WORK ON THE RECEIVING END.
I also sent it to the client who cannot get it to run on his computer either. His is six months old.
It runs fine on my box. So, did I miss the computer needed to view the exe as presented in the sales pitch? I didn't realize one needed a graphics box for this exe to work. It was a great idea to send to clients, unless they don't have a strong enough box to run it.
With that said, it is a great option to be able to share. Can I get some guidance on what my clients will need to view the exe file correctly?
