Thanks a lot for your feedback Herbo , we would really like to know, is this problem also persisting when you're using our latest release? Further, is this issue occurring when you're using older drivers NVIDIA instead?
Again, thank you very much in advance, I'm looking forward to your response.

I am using the latest release (preview). I have not tested with the last official release.
the problem was the same on nvidia driver 417.34. I updated the driver to 417.71 to see if the problem was fixed, but no luck
-
We also had a user with the same issues (not seeing it on any other machine but this is the only machine we have with the 1080 TI (most have 1070 or 1060).
The issue seems to be resolved with the last preview as far as we can tell (the screenshot is from preview version before the current one).
Nvidia driver: 417.71
Graphics card: 1080 ti

Did the issue occur with the previous Preview you've installed? Do you have any other systems with the same or different graphics cards, where you can reproduce the issue?
We're doing our best to pin-point the issue. Unfortunately there seem to be several configurations where these artifacts might occur and it looks like our fix (which we've rolled out for both the v2.4.2 release and current Preview) does fix only one of them.

We've had it happen in a Sketchup file yesterday using the latest preview. The interesting thing was that if we copy the offending items (a few windows) in an empty sketchup file it was fine.
It's also only happening on one machine (the only one we have with a 1080ti).
Do you want us to share the Sketchup file?

Woah, that's interesting! Same machine? Does it occur again if you copy the rest of the scene afterwards as well?
Yes we're definitely interested in both Sketchup files (please contact either Pete Chamberlain or Demian Gutberlet ) and exact machine details (best use the send feedback with log).
Thanks in advance!

@clemens: I sent you the link through PM. Anton Cromas is submitting a bug report as we speak.
There's a screenshot of what we're seeing in attachment.

I'm having the same problem. Using RTX 2080's with latest drivers. Windows 10 pro & Sketchup 2018. I've tried both the official release and latest preview. I can't remember exactly when the issue started....but I want to say it was about 2 official releases ago..?

Do you have one or two GPUs in your PC?
-
2 GPU's, both RTX 2080
But I'm having the same issue on another machine with similar setup, but with a single GTX 1080ti.
Also, just attached another image....we're having the same problem in Revit 2019.

I have the exact same problem on the glass with 2 RTX 2080 + 1 1080 Ti (in preview version though)
-
F. Chatillon Architecte Just to clarify, you have one machine with 2 RTX 2080 and one machine with a 1080 TI that have that problem?
Also, what driver version are you using?

No, the 3 cards are in the same machine.
I have the latest nvidia drivers -
F. Chatillon Architecte I know that's a bit pedantic, are you running the driver version 418.91?
When trouble shooting issues like this, it's imperative that we know the exact driver version, since "the latest" may not be the correct version a few days later, when a developer looks at the issue. This becomes especially relevant, when we report issues to AMD or Nvidia, their developers see a bunch of different pre release versions of the drivers...
-
I understand sorry, its the "418.81 version, from the 4th February 2019"
-
@F. Chatillon Architecte Thank you. The 418.91 is so recent, even I have not yet upgraded to it yet.
We have had reports where disabling all but one card "fixes" the issue. We are investigating if having two or more graphic cards in a machine causes the issue and how to resolve it.
-
Fyi: the machine we had this issue on also has multiple 1080ti s.
We will test whether disabling all but one card helps.

Any luck with disabling GPU's? I just tried yesterday's (Feb 25) Enscape preview release and still getting the glass reflection artifacts. I've attached a screenshot showing my system's graphics drivers. Anyone tried older drivers or older Enscape version combinations to get rid of artifacts?
Also, what is the best way to go about 'disabling all but one card'? Device manager? or do you need to unplug the card?
Thanks!
Again, running Windows 10 Pro, Sketchup Pro 2018 with the following GPU setup:
