Live update doesn't work in version 2.4.1.1180 with Sketch up properly. It work so slowly, we waste a lot of time for waiting. Is it possible to fix it?

Hey POLINA KOLODKINA , could you please upgrade your Enscape to our latest release (2.4.2.10) to see if this issue is still persisting after an update?
If so, could you let me know the following:
- What is your graphics card and CPU?
- Has this issue only started to occur with the mentioned version, and our latest release?
- Is this problem persistent in every projects of yours or only in a few?
