Need Urgent Help - Missing leaves?

Has your team found out the issue here:

Tree leaves are lost

Leaves appear just fine in the Enscape window, but as soon as you hit render image, they disappear, not showing up in either the window or your saved image...

Hey clander17 , as mentioned in the thread you've linked, this behavior should be resolved with our latest preview. Here we briefly describe how you can get the preview. Please get back to me in case this doesn't help with the problem at hand!

hanks for the reply - I'm in production in the office right now... I have major issues updating enscape mid- production... is the preview stable or not?

clander17 , the preview versions may generally be unstable, we recommend not using it in production. But, if you get the chance, you could briefly install the preview, check if this resolves the behavior and let us know, which would be very helpful, and afterward you could just re-install our latest release again. There is not even any need to uninstall the preview beforehand.
